Digital Distributor Agreement (Authorized Distributor)

1. Voluntary Participation

I am joining Fresh Wealth Enterprises as an Authorized Distributor voluntarily, without any force, pressure, coercion, or misleading commitment.

2. Eligibility & Correct Information

I confirm that all details provided by me including Name, Mobile Number, Address, Bank Details, and ID Proof details are true, correct, and complete.

If any information is found to be false, incorrect, or fake, the company reserves the right to suspend or terminate my account without prior notice.

3. KYC Requirement

I understand that KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory to activate my distributor profile and to access distributorship benefits as per company policies.

4. No Guaranteed Income

I understand and agree that Fresh Wealth Enterprises does not provide any guaranteed income, salary, fixed return, or assured profit.

Any income, incentive, or benefit depends solely on my personal efforts, sales performance, and business activity.

5. Sales-Based Benefits Only

I understand that benefits or incentives (if applicable) are provided only on genuine product sales made by me or my sales team, strictly as per company policies.

6. Product Purchase is Not Compulsory

I understand that purchasing any product or service is not mandatory to become an Authorized Distributor.

7. No Benefit on Registration Only

I understand that no incentive, commission, or benefit is provided merely for registering as an Authorized Distributor.

8. Ethical Work & No Misleading Promises

I agree to work ethically and responsibly at all times.

• I will not mislead anyone regarding income, incentives, or product benefits.
• I will not make false or exaggerated claims.
• I will share only official information provided by the company.

9. Brand Usage & Promotions

I agree not to misuse the company name, logo, brand identity, or official content.

I will not create fake websites, social media pages, misleading advertisements, or unauthorized promotions that could harm the company’s reputation.

10. Account Security & Non-Transferable

I understand that my account credentials, Unique Identification ID, and password are personal and must be kept confidential.

My distributor account is strictly non-transferable and cannot be sold, shared, or handed over to any other person.

11. Pricing & Policy Updates

I understand that product pricing, offers, incentives, and company policies may change from time to time.

I agree to follow the latest policies and updates published by Fresh Wealth Enterprises on its official platform.

12. Communication Consent

I agree to receive important communication, notifications, and updates from Fresh Wealth Enterprises via SMS, WhatsApp, Email, or Phone Calls for account-related and service-related purposes.

13. Suspension / Termination Rights

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate my distributor account if I violate this agreement, misuse the platform, or breach company rules or policies.

14. Final Acceptance

I hereby confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted this Digital Distributor Agreement.
